At Wilcox Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day refund and return policy for items, with certain exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the fact that most of our items are made to order, items that were received in good condition as ordered do not qualify for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account, call your bank or contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at email@example.com and we will assist in any way we can.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on returning your item.
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
To return your product, please email us at email@example.com. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
